From the Principal - Mrs Katie Browne
Dear Families,
Last week's disco was a fantastic blast from the past, and it was wonderful to see so many smiling faces on the dance floor! A huge thank you to the parents who worked tirelessly to make it happen, from selling tickets and decorating the hall to supervising on the night. Your generosity and support truly brings our school community to life.
As we look ahead to early next term, we are already planning for our annual Dominican Family Day, which will include our much-loved Grandparents Day. The school committee has been hard at work, and we'll be sharing more details with you early in Term 4. This is a special opportunity for our students to celebrate kindness, a key school value, and to show their loved ones all the wonderful things they've been learning in the classroom. Our P&F have organised lunch packs for the day that can be purchased via the Spriggy Schools app until 24th October.
Term 3 has been incredibly busy, filled with excursions and special events. We have so many reasons to be proud of the children and their wonderful achievements.
On Friday, September 26, Mrs. Burton and I will be leaving on the Diocesan Pilgrimage. We are very much looking forward to this special opportunity and will carry the entire school community in our hearts. As we visit Assisi for our final stop, we will offer our intentions for continued growth in faith, learning, and wellbeing for our staff, students and their families.
We wish you all a safe and happy school holiday and look forward to a productive Term 4.
God Bless,
Katie Browne
