Pick up and drop off
Morning Drop off - Just a reminder that the drop off zone on Garrett Street is a 2 minute drop and go zone. It is illegal to park your car here during the times on the sign. You must remain in your car, drop your child off and go.
If you prefer to walk your child in, you will need to park elsewhere on Garrett Street and walk your child in.
School Drop off from - 8:20am (there is no supervision before this time)
School concludes at - 3:00pm (students must be collected by 3:15pm)
Any changes to your regular afternoon arrangements with your child/children, must be phoned or emailed to the office by 2:30pm to ensure that the message is communicated to the student in time for the end of day. Thank you for your cooperation with this.
School Fees
Need be paid off by 9th December 2023.
Visa
If any student has been on a Temporary or Permanent Visa and they have now become a Citizen of Australia, could you please forward the Citizenship Certificate to the office so we can update our records.
New Summer Uniform Item for Girls
There is a new summer uniform item available for Girls, starting in Term 4.
You can now try on and pre order 'Tailored Girls Shorts' from Whytes at Moss Vale for $49.95 from Mid June.
They are a stretch gabardine fabric with:
- Wide curved waistband with 2 buttons
- 2 front pockets
- 2 back pockets
Girls could wear these in Term 4 and Term 1, along with the short sleeve blue button up collared shirt, also available from Whytes.
The other summer uniform option for girls is still the the dress.
Uniform Accessories
Uniform accessories such as hats are now in stock through NSW uniforms. Beanies, scarves, gloves, etc will be available next week. Please phone Ethne Drew to order on 0400 805 596.
Office
If you have any changes to your address, phone number or email address could you please let the office know.
Attendance
A reminder to parents that if your child is absence from school you can explain their absence via the compass app or phoned the school the day of the absence stating the reason why your child is away. Parents who have not explained their child’s absence will receive an email from the school.
Medication
Only medication that is prescribed by a doctor is permitted to be dispensed at School upon completion of a “Consent to Dispense Medication” form which is available from the office. The form and the medication are to be given to the office staff in the original packaging with the student’s name and dosage. We are not permitted to administer Panadol unless prescribed by a doctor and the necessary form completed. Thank you for your cooperation with this.
If your child is Asthmatic or Anaphylactic please ensure the necessary plan has been forwarded to the office along with any medication so that it can be processed. We also need a "Consent to Dispense Medication" form to be completed.

Injuries
If a student has sustained an injury please inform the school office as we have to do a care plan and risk assessment. Please also forward any ED report or doctor letter as well.
Leave for students
If a student is going on leave for 10 days or more, parents will need to apply in writing and in advance for this leave. A form is available from the school office.
Withdrawal
If you intend to withdraw your child from the school, the withdrawal form is available from the office. We currently have a waitlist, so advance notification would be appreciated.
Book Club
The latest book club catalogue has been sent home. If you would like to place an order, please do so by Friday 8th September.
